Q: What are the payment modes?
A: There are 3 modes of payment:
1. Cash on delivery
2. Paypal
3. Bank transfer to POSB SAVINGS 063-68257-8

Q: Is there any delivery charge?
A: As per below:
- For orders above $50, we offer free delivery islandwide.
- For orders below S$50, there will be a $10 delivery fee.
- For areas within CBD area, there will be a $3 ERP surcharge.

Q: What are loyalty points and what can I redeem ?
A: Our loyalty program allows you to earn 1 loyalty point for every dollar spent. There is no expiry date for our loyalty points. At Beary’s , we always give our customers the best deal hence our loyalty points can be use to convert to vouchers:
- 1000 Reward Points can redeem $10 voucher
-2500 Reward Points can redeem $30 voucher
-4500 Reward Points can redeem $60 voucher

Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A: After clicking on the “Check out” button, you’ll be taken to a screen verifying your purchase and giving you your order number. Upon receipt of your purchase order, Beary will send you a confirmation email to advise on the scheduled delivery.

Q: Can I self collect my order if my order is below $50 ?
A: Yes, you can self collect at our showroom at 12 Arumugam Road , Lion Building B #06-04a (S) 409959. For direction, please refer to Contact Us tab. Advance appointment need

Q: How long do I have to wait for my pet’s orders?
A: Orders will be processed within 12 hours of ordering and we will deliver within 3 working days. If you have a preferred delivery time, we will try our best to adhere to it.

Q: What should I do if my order is out of stock?
A: We will drop you a call or email and recommend the next best product suitable for your pet.

Q: What if the product I want is not listed on your website?
A: Do drop us a call at (+65) 8368 5958, or drop us an email at custsvc@beary.com.sg to let us know which product you would like to have, and we will do our best to carry that product.

Q: What if I need to change/cancel my order?
A: You may contact us at 8368 5958 before our scheduled delivery.

Q: Can I do a return or exchange if the products are faulty?
A. Yes, if the product is faulty due to manufacturing, we are more than happy to exchange it. Contact must be made within 7 days (with the invoice) and the faulty product in its original packaging & condition (unused and unsoiled) to be returned to Beary. Customers are encouraged to check the items upon delivery.

Q: I wish to donate to HRSS or CAS, how do I go about doing it ?
A. Thanks for donating to the needy animals. Under the donation tab, you can choose the organization (CAS, HRSS) and items that you would like to donate and the items will be donated directly to the organization. An email or message will be send from the organization to confirm receipt of item. There is no minimum delivery amount for donation.

Q: Is there GST charges on top of your discounted prices?
A: We absorb GST.

Q. Do you provide repacking service?
A. Yes and it is FREE!

Q. Do you take international orders?
A: No, currently we do not take international orders
